With Axaazaroth of Canada's esteemed Nuclearhammer again on drums, the power-trio proceed to whip forth a delirium that's martial and mesmerizing in equal measure. Nirriti mulch the shattered remnants of primitivist black metal, earliest grindcore, and outsider noise into something that sounds - and looks - quite unlike anything else, only a horrific reflection of the inner and outer world. Reverse voices of the dead reverberate around the sonic / psychic wreckage, and both strings and skins similarly swirl with amorphous-yet-inexorable intent.
